I am incredibly impressed with Sophie Boivin and the NeuMovement Pilates model of care. Sophie is warm, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She has excellent knowledge of the human body and how to activate muscles to alleviate tension and improve range of motion. The exercises she has given me have made a huge difference in addressing chronic tension due to scoliosis.
