There is something very wrong about this law firm's business ethics. They calculate interest and fees in a very inconsistent way. I have reviewed statement and orders over the years, and the interests and fees do not have a pattern. Also, they use stall tactics to keep from resolving your case, while adding fees. Last year, I made it a point to pay them all the money they said I owed (over $11k). ADP has confirmed that I've paid the settlement. Collection department. Company always states that they are unable to lookup your file number but are able to locate your name in their system. Accounts are charged interest daily based on judgements, however auto payments are not drafted upon the agreed date terms of your account. Each month you have to call and notify them that the draft was not taken from your account. Only after calling is the account drafted days later, but they still charge you interest based on their accounting system glitch/error. Get a new system!!!!
