I rarely submit reviews but this company is excellent and deserves support from anyone ( or their family !) who thinks they may need hearing aids . I initially went to a "large chain"and bought hearing aids that after a few months we rated as poor but I knew no better. I have had hearing loss and used hearing aids for many years. As I am getting older I decided to look for an Audiologist nearer home, Andrew from NeuAudio kept coming up in my research. I have always liked to go to independents rather than chains. After meeting Andrew I was quickly reassured by his professional expertise and caring manner.
