I brought my mom here with 5 additional guests as a birthday treat and put my card down as a hold. I explained that each guest would pay day of service individually in case they wanted to add services as well as their own tips. Well, apparently no one is there to process payments on Fridays and Saturdays and this wasn’t VERY RUDELY explained to me until after we left by Brian, the spa manager who I had to hunt down to return my call, after having been told I’d get a call to process payments separately, which we all thought w... read more
AKA: Privai wellness+Spa Massage therapist was nice. Despite that they were: overpriced, we hard to get a hold of, late to the appointment, sprung a surprise fee for hot stones when checking out and didn’t except the payment method I confirmed over the phone which left me with a foreign exchange fee. When I called to see what could be done, they didn’t care to offer a solution or compensation.Definitely felt ripped off when I left appointment.
Nobody answer me . They charged me for a massage and nodoby was there at the time of my appointment. Is a scam .

The spa has been updated and with new management. The service we got was absolutely fantastic. You don't need to be a guest at the hotel to come here. New sleek decor, great steam room and fantastic therapists. Nicole at reception was extremely helpful and personable. My experience here was very enjoyable. Only complaint, no public wifi.
