Two scheduled calls with Luciana missed without any follow up, and no acknowledgement of a final follow up email...Perhaps stating you couldn't or didn't want to assist upfront would have saved the hassle and wasted time...Poor communication.

I was referred to Luciana for the brief consultation of 30mins. In that short time, she provided a genuine service, responsive communication and attentive listening of my presented case. Although I wasn't in the right place to go ahead with her service, she knows what is a right decision to make. A great service to acknowledge for the future reference.

Luciana has just been awesome for us. She was always a phone call away to address any questions we had. On the settlement day even though we had slight issues , she arranged for us to have the keys. This was a huge thing for us, given we had organised every thing from that day onwards. Initially we had a different conveyancer , who unfortunately had to shutdown and they had handed over our files to Network Lawyers.
