I called them to build a website for my business and we discussed and agreed to a price. I then asked them to show me a rough design/layout for the website they planned on building for me. They asked me to pay up front. I told them I needed to know that we were on the same page as far as design and lay out goes, before paying up front. They canceled the job. Just left me hanging. Not cool. And Shady.
