I have moved across country 3 times now and this, by far, was the worst experience I’ve had. The coordinator misjudged the weight of the items, costing me 25% more than quoted. She also didn’t send a big enough truck for all of the items. The day of moving to another state, the packers were called off the job to go to a different location. Contacted NetMOVE to move some furniture including a large heavy awkward desk and a credenza from a storage unit to the house we are moving to about 40 minutes away. From my initial conversation with Baylee to the movers I met today, everyone has been fantastic! I generally don't write Google reviews, but this one I wanted to. Under the circumstances my girlfriend and I had to move out quickly; her mother found this company. We discovered they were local and the price was right. Bailee was amazing in our consultation and understood what we were going though; we even had audio issues during the video call and she didn't get frustrated with us either.
