Netherclay, is friendly,the staff are excellent and care deeply for their residents, as a family member, I am always made to feel welcome and my concerns are listened too and requests are actioned. The house itself is lovely, the residents rooms and the communal areas decorated beautifully and maintained well, of all the other places I visited, I couldn't find anywhere that felt so comfortable for either a resident or as a relative

All the staff at Netherclay looked after and cared for my dear Mother. I can't thank them enough. Mum settled in very well there and we were allowed to visit whenever we could.
