Their customer service representatives are NOT helpful AT ALL. They are not clear on information and hardly provide ANY help. Do not recommend them as a company or their products!😡 Use NEXTIVA instead they are absolutely fantastic!😇
I've had nothing but issues with 1 out of 10 phone numbers I have. I continue to have customers telling me they can't reach us using this 1 main number. They tell me it's not their fault. It's the person's carrier who is calling.

I love that NetFortris is continuously upgrading its network to make the service more useful and reliable. We've used NetFortris for five years now, and have been very happy with the price, service and overall experience. On the few times, I've had an issue or need help with an implementation, the support has been excellent. I would definitely recommend NetFortris to others.
Excellent service, great support, and quick response time. Not all VoIP companies are the same. They really take the time to make sure things are working well.
Great for mobile employees who are working out of the office a few times a week was comfortable being able to have NetFortris automatically push calls to my cellphone. It was a little tricky to set up but once set up it was great.
My fonality phone set up is causing huge customer service issues for my clients their calls are dropped 15 times or more per day
