Great product, even better service.
I bought their CCIE Voice kit and it is well worth the money, as it is a great start to studying for the CCIE Collaboration lab. NetCertLabs customer service was by far the best part of the experience. From the time I ordered the kit, there was a dedicated representative that helped me through everything. Any questions I had, they were able to answer and also provide guides for. The guys offer a great lab at a great price. They threw in free upgrades on several items and everything looks and operates as if it were brand new. Professionally packaged, shipped and delivered on time. Excellent communication before and after the sale! I could not be any happier with my purchase from NetCertLabs.
