Initially really liked the place as the staff were friendly and helpful. After an evaluation, the patient was referred to local hospital for a medical eval that was supposed to take 1 to 2 hours then return to Net Care for an overnight and subsequent transfer to another facility. The hospital stay was more like 8 hours and the length of time consisted mainly of waiting roughly 6 hours for transport back to NetCare at 11 PM.
