My company has been using Netbilling for almost 20 years. We are extremely happy with their service, pricing and customer support for both our online stores and our 2 retail stores as well.We have worked with several other companies in the past, and none compare to Netbilling.
I can't recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I didn't realize how much we were paying before, but now that we've been with Netbilling for about 9 months I'm seeing a huge savings. I had a very, very poor experience with this company. Their product worked just fine, no issues there. Cancelling the agreement was/has been a nightmare. I gave notice over 90 days ago but have been continued to be billed every month since I have given notice. I have communicated with multiple people over there about this issue but when I ask them to refund the charges, they stop responding...which is really, really frustrating and perplexing.
