I came here with my daughter for vestibular physical therapy. She was having a sensitivity to screens and certain visual stimuli would trigger brief dizziness. The pt told her to lay down what he was going to do was very subtle. I was right there, we both had no idea he was going to manipulate her neck as he didn’t ask for permission or even say that’s what he was going to do. I came here for a very mild vestibular issue. I felt a little floaty when I walked and would get head pressure/mildly dizzy when I went on my phone. There were days that I felt normal and regardless overall I could totally function. When I came here the physical therapist/owner said sometimes dizziness can come from your neck and told me to lay down that what he was going to do was very subtle. Beware. My friend came here and the physical therapist performed a neck manipulation on my friend without telling her he was doing it or asking for her consent. She now has a cervical sprain and is waiting on MRI results because she can barely stand up and developed numbness in her entire body including her face. She NEVER even had neck pain!! Don’t let him touch your neck!!
