My name is Dan C. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and I was in severe pain. I admit that I was skeptical about physical therapy, but I signed on with Nestor PT. I am certainly a believer now. I can’t say enough about the entire team. They were great. I would especially recommend Dave. I worked with him the majority of the time. Today was my last visit and I would say that I am 90% better. I am back to driving and doing my daily activities. I would highly recommend them.
When I first went to Nester Physical Therapy I had a hard time sleeping and driving because of the pain I had in my neck, which would radiate down my arm and the pain was at times unbearable. Nester physical therapy worked on my pain from a pinched nerve in my neck and identified a second problem in my shoulder. Through a series of hands on techniques working out the pain and exercises to strengthen the muscles I am now pain free.
