Dr. Nestor and his staff are all very friendly and professional. My particular issue wasn’t able to be helped with physical therapy but I gave it a try and am glad I did! If I ever need physical therapy in the future this is the office I will call first.
I came here for knee pain and did therapy pre and post surgery. They are the best! They use hands on techniques along with strengthening and range of motion exercises to get you back up and running. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating and make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend!
After just a few weeks going to Nestor Physical Therapy, my shoulder felt so much better and I could finally sleep better and enjoy my yoga classes again! Thank you all at Nestor Physical Therapy!
