10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND! Unhelpful, Rude, Dismissive staff! Take your business elsewhere! Came in for a single item embroidery & staff was not helpful at all! I am familiar with this company because my company has used them before but NEVER AGAIN! The lady working the front immediately told me “We have a lot of orders but I can give you someone’s information”. I inquired about the turn around time and was told 3 weeks. The work they do is nothing short of exceptional and they do it in a timely matter. I’m thrilled that they now offer promotional products. I went to the Nesting Project for their help with a t-shirt. I needed help with the design and had some specific time issues regarding the names to be on the back of the shirt. They were great to work with and I could not have been happier with the finished product. They gave me as much help for one shirt as I might have hoped for if I had needed 100.
