If you need embroidery work done...this isn't the place. I'm 3 weeks in and still don't have my items back. I needed names embroidered on 2 lab coats one of which I was gifting and had to replace with another gift. Now 3 weeks in and I NEED my items. The company should disclose that their embroidery service is outserviced and you will not receive your items in an adequate amount of time. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND! Unhelpful, Rude, Dismissive staff! Take your business elsewhere! Came in for a single item embroidery & staff was not helpful at all! I am familiar with this company because my company has used them before but NEVER AGAIN! The lady working the front immediately told me “We have a lot of orders but I can give you someone’s information”. I inquired about the turn around time and was told 3 weeks.
