Ooof. I was looking for a new tax professional and came to Nester based on the reviews. The office staff was courteous and helpful both on the phone and in person. I had dropped off my taxes later in the season than I had wanted, so they said they would file an extension. Great! I wasn’t in a hurry. I called to ask for an update a few days after tax day. My wife and I have had our taxes done there for several years The Man that usually does our taxes Ron passed away the new gentleman who took over for Ron is Chris. Chris is 100% clueless. He screwed up our taxes so bad they did not get filed we received a letter from the IRS and our tax information had to be resubmitted.
