Staff don't pay much attention. Sofia, in particular, seemed bothered whenever she had to serve customers with forced smile
I had an extremely disappointing experience with a female cashier today. She was incredibly warm, smiling, and engaged in friendly small talk with the customer right in front of me. However, the moment I stepped up, her attitude flipped completely. She became cold, didn't bother to ask for my membership card, and was practically throwing my items down the counter. The blatant difference in treatment made me feel completely unwelcome and disrespected. Extremely unprofessional service.
