The man working the desk was eating chips so loudly and watching TV on his phone while I was shopping. I felt like I was in someone’s living room. It was extremely off-putting and dissuaded me from buying anything.
The tall Black male cashier was very rude and threw our items during checkout. As an Asian customer, I felt an uncomfortable atmosphere that suggested racial bias. I hope the store addresses this behavior.
