The quality of the furniture is excellent, and premium materials are used. It appears that they have a new receptionist (Fiona), whose service is both helpful and professional.
All warehouse staff are so friendly especially considering their line of work during long time pandemic period time , Staff took the time to help me and was knowledgeable of the products in store, can't ask for much more!!!
Worst customer service by the girl name ying who answers the reception, I’m a regular retailer for them in Melbourne and haven’t found them helpful. 😡😡😡😡😡
