We are so thrilled with our new couch. The women who helped us and the delivery person were so nice. Thank you to the whole team.
Recently left a vintage chandelier & was later called to pick it up because there was a broken glass piece. I have recent photos of the item that show there was no broken piece. It would be my word against theirs that it was broken previously. When I picked up the piece there was none of the support packing that was originally with the item.
Do NOT do business with this consignment store. They take 50% then have the right to discount your merchandise and they hold your funds for a month before they pay you. They have very bad business practices in my opinion. If you do decide to consign your belongings with them, make sure to read the fine print and the entirety of the contract. I feel, they’re basically stealing from their customers.
