Very poor experience. Checked their website and also called the store to learn that they opened at 10am. Got to the store at 10am, waited for 30 minutes, called various numbers (no answer). No indication at the store that hours had changed (no sign, etc.). Emailed and ultimately learned that they actually didn't open until late afternoon. B-League operation. Highly recommend their Competition over on 3rd Avenue.
Owner does not pay employees on time, if at all.
Not a huge selection of clothes by any means, but this boutique offers quality merchandise and help finding what you are looking for.
Fantastic customer service. Clothing is beautiful and not any more expensive than you'd find online at the various companies' websites. Love that they know my daughter by name and always make her feel welcome and important.
