The pieces look great in photos, but in reality the quality is rather underwhelming for the price. The materials and finishes feel quite average and not as refined as advertised. Overall a bit disappointing, I’d probably think twice before buying from them again.

I found myself returning to Nest multiple times during my short trip to Melbourne. The store is beautifully decorated and the curation of goods feels intentional and thoughtful. What really stood out was Kevin and Daniella’s warmth and patience in introducing the range of Penelope Durston Angora knits, I fell in love with the story behind them, and the gloves kept me perfectly warm on my Puffing Billy tour. 🥰 I personally think they make such a meaningful gift; like saying “I want to keep you warm”. I went into store today to purchase Aesop goods, I was in store for 5 min both between the Aesop section and the counter. There was one other customer in store that was being served. However in that time I wasn’t acknowledged, looked at or a be with you in a second even when waiting at the counter with items. I emailed the complaint and got no apology.. maybe Kevin the staff member can’t serve more than one customer at a time let alone acknowledge other people. Rude and no / selective customer service in store.
