I went into store today to purchase Aesop goods, I was in store for 5 min both between the Aesop section and the counter. There was one other customer in store that was being served. However in that time I wasn’t acknowledged, looked at or a be with you in a second even when waiting at the counter with items. I emailed the complaint and got no apology.. maybe Kevin the staff member can’t serve more than one customer at a time let alone acknowledge other people. Rude and no / selective customer service in store.
