Nest in Kohler has really fabulous merchandise. However; the customer service leaves something to be desired. I took a rug sample home with me to see if the rug was right for my room. It was great and I brought the sample back as promised. The salesperson said it was too bad I didn’t return it the day before as it was on sale at 25% off. She had my name and contact information but never notified me of the sale. My sister and I have spent $3,500 there in the last year. This has been one of my favorite stores for over 20 years. I moved back to Madison (from Manitowoc) but I have continued to receive the newsletter all these years because there is nothing like it here in Madison (or in Milwaukee). I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting the new location in Kohler… been meaning to for years but just haven’t been in the neighborhood…but this summer I have to plan a road trip! Nest, I miss you!🧡🌷🧡
