Worst company to deal with. Have 3 months down with my washer that under warranty. Came to my house 4 times without solving the right problem. Terrible responsiveness, im so tired to deal with them. The problem you are trapped with warranty. No possibility to talk to supervisors or someone that will take responsibility. We ended up going buying another washing machine.
