At first we were impressed with our pergola, then it warped from tension on cables for retractable top awning. Nesling refused to help. A few years later it rotted from water getting in seams of laminated wood pieces. Too much maintenance, every year keeping it sealed and stained. Then bees ate away the inner parts that had begun to rot. The retractable awning had to be completely restitched and we were told that the wrong thread had been used, not Sun resistant.
