We just completed on our house sale today using Nero legal and I would personally recommend Ahnum for all her hard work. It was a longer process than we had initially planned due to our buyers, but Anhum stuck with us and got us over the line. We could.not be any more grateful. Nero legal has recently handled our buyers purchase from us. Rude emails to our solicitor, delaying the process for weeks when they knew we were selling and buying and their client would be affected, mentioning that all is fine to the buyer when clearly THEY WERE LATE FOR WEEKS, lying to our solicitor and estate agent about emails they 'sent'.
