Contacted them for tax advice but never got a call back. Can't really judge them on their accounting acumen, but the customer service is about as underwhelming as it gets.
Incredible service and friendly staff. I can honestly say I would be lost navigating my small business payroll and taxes without them. They cover all of our basic needs for work and personal finances as well with 529 and retirement plans. Extremely professional and down to earth. I cannot recommend them enough.
