Our company had a rebranded website built by NerdyMind. While the website turned out beautiful, the work it took was frustrating. The project manager we were assigned never had answers for things and always had to go and ask questions, it was hard to get a hold of them on the phone or set up a meeting, and we are still finding common sense changes 9 months later that we have to pay more for because their team did not think of it on the front end.
