Please don't sign any contracts with these people; they are fraudsters. They continued to direct debit our business account for 2 years after the end of our finance agreement with them and are now not responding to our demands for reimbursement, despite us having a signed contract which clearly states when the direct debit should have ended. AVOID.
Be very careful. These people have very sneaky terms in their contracts. We took out a 5 year agreement to pay a fixed rate per month for printers that included ink and servicing. 18 months into the contract they virtually tripled the price of the service component without even telling us. When we questioned it, they claimed that they were allowed to do that under their ratchet clause. When we refused to pay the extra, they cancelled the service agreement.
