Terrible company and terrible CS. They like to take advantage of old people by sending them defective water filters. Janice Hernandez was rude and completely unwilling to correct a mistake that was Evoqua's fault.
They have owed me thousands for months and not paid . When we asked them why they say they are expediting our payment. I'm going to leave this here until they make good. Hoping I can delete it.
