I entered this shop today for the first time 🙂....I was blown away as it was completely all the things I love want and need under one roof....3 members of Staff were working....one who I believed to be the manager very smiley and polite also a dark haired Lady who was extremely polite and helpful and then......a miserable blonde who because of her made me walk out empty handed as she made me feel unwelcome so thank you for ruining my day I hope tomorrow you treat your customers the way we should be treated

Great products & beautiful shop, but stuff don’t always have good product knowledge and can be a bit off ish. Every time I go in I leave feeling a bit meh which is a shame as I love Neptune.
