I visit this (Coburg Rd) store often- more than anyone should- and always buy something. The employees, selection, rewards and late hours, make it my first choice out of all the shops nearby. Their employees (all shifts) are some of the best around, their great attitudes and low turnover is exceptional for retail sales. Every one I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. This is my new goto spot . I think she said her name was Amy but she helped me get my old mod running again after sitting in a drawer for over a year. Every place I went to said to just buy a new one and that they didn’t even know what mod I had. She knew exactly what mod it was and got it going again, got me my coils and a ton of juice. I’ve never had customer service that great
Helped me with finding some new juices I've never had before and excellent service. 10/10 Would recommend.
West 11th location is the best!!! They have helped me out so much. Helping me with all my broken peices and putting them together. Finding juices I actually like. Im most prone to breaking all of my stuff and everytime they work with me to fix it and does not rush me and treat me so friendly and nice. Love this place its my only place I go!
