Our experience has been that the staff is not particularly concerned about their clients. They bungled an RRSP over contribution issue we paid to have them to resolve. We’ve since moved on.
Have been working with NHW for 35 years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. The one star reviewer needs to get over herself.
I have been a client for a number of years and have recommended the firm to both family and friends. Bob Winter is a class act and excellent CA. I will remain a loyal client and not hesitate to recommend them.
