Do not recommend !! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. The bad reviews are what you will receive! Ordered 2 security doors back in February, had someone come out and measure up and quote and went ahead. Was told that the doors would take 6-8 weeks for completion. May comes around, and we’ve heard absolutely nothing. I had to ring multiples times to get updates, and they basically told me it takes 6-8 weeks for completion and to be patient, yet it took well above the 8 weeks. Do not RECOMMEND! This company caused me so much stress. Firstly shocking communication, an expensive sliding alfresco door took over one year to fix the problem with non-stop different installers who one after the other were absolutely hopeless. The area manager Jackie takes forever to get back to you, never answers her phone .She apparently just left the company leaves me through half a job.. Doesn’t reply to any messages.. Terrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND ordered screens and screen door which took ages to arrive and then installer took weeks again to arrange an install time, only a few months after the screen door was installed it literally fell off in my hand at the top, I have called the office numerous times and also the installer who didn't show at the booked time to repair. No reply from installer, called the office again a number of times and still no one will fix the door, it has been months since I first asked for the repair. I will n... read more

Took ages to get our outdoor blinds installed called many times and if your lucky they will answer the phone when you leave a message they don’t return call After 12 months shutters started to not slide paid deposit to have serviced they didn’t book job Then when job was booked didn’t show up I’ll never use them again
