Very hit and miss with the staff. Most are very friendly and helpful, while there's one guy who is completely useless and borderline aggressive. This guy will deny having something in stock without even checking (despite it being listed as in-stock on the website) and will even deny carrying the product line. I assume he's just too lazy to walk to 10 steps to the back? I went in on the afternoon of Sunday May 11th/25 to get some CBD cream for restless leg syndrome. I have never used cannabis products before, or ever been in a dispensary but the pain from my RLS is so bad I was absolutely willing to give it a shot. My mother had used some CBD cream for arthritis and said it worked wonders so this sounded like the perfect solution. I live nearby and generally like the store. Good variety, not crazy prices - a generally good experience. BUT there’s this one staff member, a shorter lady, who makes me avoid this store. Her attitude is rude and often condescending. She isn’t particularly knowledgeable either it seems as she’s recommended the wrong product (asked for a sativa, was given an indica). Understandable for a new employee but that’s not the case here. I’d like to rate this place 5-stars but this sort of customer service kills the experience.
I have been a customer since Day 1 and have been pleased with the products, fair pricing and especially the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I only had one unpleasant encounter with a staff member, which seemed so out of place compared with my weekly experiences.
