"FedEx cannot process your credit card shipping request with the information entered"... if you get this error most likely is the Fedex buggy software.. Don't waste your time as I did trying to figure out if is the credit card information, address..etc..I wasted more than an hour trying to troubleshoot the issue printing pre-labels using Fedex buggy software. Fedex customer support were not helpful nor the onsite associates. It was bothersome to find out that i couldn't pay via cash. Gush... we are in 2018.. It must be a bet... read more
