Do not deal with this company. Customer service is horrible. Canceled order without any notification! When confronted, no apology, just rude mean remarks. This company is not in need of customers, they should be out of business with the way they treat people! Horrible!

horrible horrible customer service. i was LIED TO in an email....still have not resolved my issue 4 weeks later...disgraceful....they have no respect or care for the consumer...i shall be escalated it to corporate at best buy they should not be allow to sell. 76 year old grandmother still doesn't have her xmas gift.

The first mistake was mine; I placed an online order with Neobits for some wire. My decision to do so was based solely on price. I was totally unfamiliar with the company and (stupidly) had not read any reviews. The next 2 mistakes were theirs; first, they shipped the wrong product. The problems were obvious; wrong color, wrong part number, wrong length. (I began what turned into a series of more than 30 back-and-forth emails.)
