I used to love this place t and Sue used to be my favorite but here recently their communication has gone downhill last time I checked they’re supposed to notify you when you were being discharged. I was never informed that I was discharged and no one even told me at 30 days to make an appointment they just said call whenever you want an appointment, I’m currently pregnant and was going to try to go make an appointment for therapy and I was informed that I was discharged without even telling me

I’ve had physical therapy with Sue at NEO Ortho several times with tremendous results. I appreciate that she really cares and takes the time to share her knowledge and experience to guide me through treatments with better results. I’ve referred NEO Ortho to several of my friends and will continue to do so.
Sue has been fantastic! She asks great questions, listens to the responses and tailors the treatment accordingly. She provides helpful exercises to complete at home to supplement the in person treatment. The front desk is kind and goes above and beyond to help me obtain documentation. The overall facility is clean and easy to maneuver. Highly recommend!
