I can not express enough how well this worked out for me and my wife. Never been a fan of filling out things online, especially for a mortgage ! Every question we had Brent answered quickly and accurately, but especially what sets him apart is that he answered questions we didn't even know we had. He would tell us what to expect and gave us advice for what to expect in different scenarios, like if the rates were to fluctuate, if we decided to move our close date, etc and THAT is what really set Brent apart. Brent was excellent to work with. He is extremely informed on the market and educated us throughout our first home purchase. The level of communication was outstanding.
