Excellent Mexican Conveniently located in South Omaha, Nenas Mexican Groceries is a small, but wonderful store to find many authentic Mexican groceries, and other items such as phone cards, rosaries, candies, key chains... Even though the store is quite small, Nenas has a large variety and even a fresh produce section, where you can buy mangoes, watermelon, cactus, corn, etc. etc. Parking used to be a hassle, but now that the construction on 24th Street is almost done it's a breeze! Bad customer service Ok so I just called the store to ask if they had a product called marungay leaves. The lady who answered the phone told me she didn't know. I asked her if there was a way to find out if they DID carry that product, and she told me "No". I am highly disappointed by the LACK of customer service. If she doesn't know what the product is, then that's all she needed to tell me. Don't tell me, you are not willing to find out if you carry a product or not, that just says "I am too lazy to get up and find out". I... read more
