We used NEMT 3 times in 4 days. First pick up/drop off was not communicated well but all worked out. The next 2 were perfect. Nick was very kind and professional.

Nick was great and so responsive to my calls. Very professional and attentive to my sister whom he transported from the nursing home to my house on Christmas Day. Thank you. Will definitely use their services again!

After not expecting not even having a ride, NEMT showed up early for my appointment and my driver Nick was more than than amazing! He was very happy and easy to talk to! I had an hour ride both to and from my appointment and we had a great conversation! He even went into the building to make sure that were at the right building! Thank you, NEMT for an 5 Star Service and 100% satisfaction. Arrived on time and dropped off my senior father at an event during rush hour. Pickup was equally efficient. NEMT is the first transportation service I will contact when I need their service again.
