As I write this I am sitting outside my day program an hour before it opens on the cold ground. I've been transported here like this daily for the past month or so because it fits into their schedule even though my program does not open up until an hour after I get here. Felicia the owner believes it is perfectly acceptable to leave a person with anxiety and epilepsy who attends a day program for disabled adults simply because that person is "high functioning".
