Excellent and prompt service.
Great service. Wonderful owners and staff. Took my truck for investigation of trouble starting. They found the battery to be "dead" or almost. New truck, so shouldn't have been an issue, so they put in a "loaner" battery, allowing me to get to the Toyota dealer so they could give me a new one under warranty. NICE!!
On a road trip and our Subaru was making a weird noise with the clutch and our ABS failed us the prior day. Drove to Steve's because a friend recommended him. Steve was able to help us out that day and gave us some future recomendations. A class act in auto shops!
Terrible customer service. They agreed to give us a lender car while my car was in the shop. We called to check up a few days later as they had told us it should be finished by a certain day. It was past they say they said it would be finished and they told us they hadn't even started our car yet when we had had an appointment set for days before. On top of that they had the gal to ask for the lender car back even though they hadn't even started working on my car, which would have left me with no way to get to work.
