We won Mr Duncan Smith s case and his property has had a release not prepared to enable him to collect it Can t really fathom what his review is about nor any reason to complain We tried to speak to him after the review but he cut off the call Pity when even winning isn t good enough
If Legal Aid DON'T bother. They will take the legal Aid money and make shady deals with the Fiscal to save everyone TIME, rather than actually represent an innocent person. Times have changed at Nelsons. Find a Solictors that still wants to their Job. Much better options in Falkirk for sure! IF you are Legal aid you will be treated as an inconvenience and be made to feel as such. Really terrible experience.
