I run 2 small pet shops in Houston, TX and I work with Nelson Wholesale regularly. In my honest opinion, they’re really quite good. I think the majority of their customer base are feed stores… And I’m not a feed store. I’m a small animal shop focused on cats. But even then the Customer Service is always great and the deliveries are always timely and I rarely have problems. Can't go by the reviews sometimes cause doesn't apply to all. Take mine for instance. I had an appointment for 11am, got came late at 4:30 p.m due to high winds in OK! Let them know what happened an got a door right away. Not ti mention they stop unloading at 4:30 p.m closed at 5p.m an did my 10 at same dock door. Every situation is different 💯 stay blessed, and keep trucking!!!
