Excellant service. Very kind and professional. I carried deep shame with me for 30 years and found myself doing all sorts of self destructive behaviors in dealing with it. I spent a couple years in CBT based therapy, working through it. Cbt taught me a lot about what was going on, which was nice, but it did not give me powerful tools to clear it out.
