Josh was very helpful. He provided good insights, practical advice, exercises, and dry needling which offered almost immediate relief. I feel I have a path forward with an achievable program.
Jenny is a great physiotherapist who instantly makes you feel like you’re being treated by someone who really knows what they’re doing. She’s conscious of your comfort when she is doing manipulations which is much appreciated plus she is pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
I had some needling done with Josh Lehman. I haven't been for treatment for quite a while. He was able to pick up quite easily from the previous times. Josh was thorough with his testing first and assessing where the new problems are lying. He addressed several areas with the needling. Awesome! Now it's up to me! Exercise! I don't wan to disappoint him, next time I see him.
