Had a great visit with Jenny at Nelson Physio. She helped me sort out a problem with my knee and provided a great rolling and exercise routine to help me get back to my active life.
Josh has been immensely helpful in my recovery from both acute injuries and chronic pain. In all instances he has listened well and communicated technical concepts in digestible ways. His approaches to treating pain and increasing mobility have been very positive and encouraging, and I continue to improve in ways that I wouldn't have thought possible.
