I was very impressed with Jenny’s thorough assessment to diagnose and then advise and support me towards balanced, strong, and functional movement patterns with a sound exercise programme.
Josh was very helpful. He provided good insights, practical advice, exercises, and dry needling which offered almost immediate relief. I feel I have a path forward with an achievable program.
