Office secretary Cathy was very rude. She had terrible manners. Cut me off after I would speak my wants on my case after she would ask what I want in my documents, also with a terrible attitude and demeanor when talking to me with a seemingly belittling motive. Lady in the office submitted a custody agreement that was not within my terms and it was behind my back. It actually was not a beneficial agreement for me. Mr Nelson didn't even know what was going on in my case. They wasn't listening to anything I had to say. They never call and let you know what's happening in your case. By far the worst attorney office I have ever dealt with and the most expensive.

Called to inquire about services. Lady om the phone wasn't helpful at all and was in a rush to just get me off the phone. As for the lawyers service I guess I'll never know. Very poor handling of possible new clients.
