This office was spectacular to work with. I was greeted immediately when coming into the office and it was a clean space. During the closing, the paralegal (Brittany if I am remembering correctly) was attentive. She was upbeat. Even when things did not go as quickly as needed (on the mortgage company side of things), she was patient and did not complain at all. She answered all of my questions without rushing me.
They did a very poor job on calculating closing, we moved it middle of the year and by their calculations we have to pay properly taxes for entire year. Their closing lawer, never returned my calls before closing and did a poor job on her closing calculations. Stay away.
Galbreath Costner is my go-to attorney for several reasons, but above all, because they take the same great care of my clients that I strive to.
