I'm not a member. I use a walker, therefore, getting in and out was a challenge as there is no automatic door,so I had to rely on public to hold the door for me.My strata account is there. Had to update fees, the teller, not friendly at all. Did what had to be done. I'm not impressed.
Isn't just great when you get paid on a Friday, take out 40 bucks, and then you brand new card poops the bed, hard, on a 4 day weekend. Total failure on the banks part. Yeah I got money, but have to eat macaroni with butter for four days. I hope the staff enjoys their feasts with their family. Disgusting.
I wouldn't want to use any other financial institution. The staff in Nelson & the east shore are a group of fantastic people!
