We purchased 4 shaker white file cabinet drawers to create two custom desks in my office. The product is beautiful! It arrived in great condition. We had a problem, and the company sent us what we needed to complete installation. Our biggest issue was that there were no written directions, but we had access to a video. Depending on a customer's preferred way to understand directions, this might be fine. It was a challenge for us. Nevertheless, we prevailed and are very happy with our cabinets!
It's been 5 years since we created our "custome designed" kitchen with cabinets from Nelson. We are very pleased and receive so many compliments. Our B&B guests love preparing meals in this gorgeous kitchen.
Our experience with Nelson Cabinetry was very good. The office double checked my layout and answered questions promptly, so I knew I wa ordering correctly. When the cabinets arrived we were pleased with the quality of the build and finish.My husband has experience, so had no problem putting the boxes together. - holes were drilled correctly and all the proper hardware was included. Very nice and solid wood cabinets. The Nelson team was very patient with me through all of my changes and questions for my kitchen project. Highly recommend and I will be using them in the future for my next kitchen/bathroom remodel. Checkout my base cabinets with quartz countertops. Will add more pics when upper cabinets and trim complete
